FF7 - Buster Sword Diorama

I decided to try my hand at modeling Cloud Strife and Zack Fairs Buster Sword from the Final Fantasy VII Remake 2020, as well as the Crisis Core game from 2007. The Buster Sword's design in Crisis Core (2007) was changed in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion (2022) to align with the design used in Final Fantasy VII Remake (2020).
This was a fun fanart project to do and I learned a lot in the time that I worked on this. I look forward to applying my new found knowledge towards future projects. The Sword was modelled in Maya, Floor and rocks were sculpted in Zbrush, textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Unreal Engine 5 and Marmoset Toolbag, Final edits and composition was done using Abobe Premier Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom. I used Unreal Engine to create a Mist shader and subtle dust particles in Niagara that are present in the Diorama. Thanks for viewing.
